· Lead, mentor, and manage the IT / OA support/technical team.

· Oversee day-to-day IT and OA operations, systems, networks, hardware, and software.

· Monitor and resolve technical issues and ensure timely support to users.

· Manage IT projects, upgrades, installations, and system implementations.

· Maintain IT security, backups, access controls, and compliance.

· Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical problems.

· Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.

· Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation.

· Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

· Prepare reports on IT performance, incidents, projects, and infrastructure.

· Ensure effective IT support and service delivery across the organization.
