Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve individual and clinic revenue targets.
- Drive sales for aesthetic treatments including Laser Hair Reduction, Skin Treatments, Hair Treatments, Body Contouring, Anti-Ageing, Botox, Fillers, etc.
- Handle consultations and convert leads/walk-ins into paid treatments and packages.
- Monitor daily sales performance, follow-ups, conversions and revenue.
- Develop strategies to achieve monthly and individual sales targets.
- Train, motivate and guide the sales/counselling team.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Ensure proper follow-up on leads and improve customer conversion and retention.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists and clinic operations for smooth patient/client experience.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports with management.




- Ensure adherence to company sales processes, policies and customer service standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3–6 years of experience in Aesthetic, Dermatology, Skin Care, Hair Care, Wellness or Healthcare sales.
- Experience in handling a team and achieving revenue targets.
- Solid communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures.
- Target-oriented with strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Candidates from the aesthetic/dermatology industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
