Job Description

GNH India is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable business solutions.
- Prepare business proposals and support negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business requirements.
- Achieve assigned business development and growth targets.
- Track market trends and identify potential opportunities.

Eligibility & Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably in the Pharma/Healthcare industry.
- Freshers with relevant internships may also apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong business development and lead-generation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
