Job Purpose:

The role holder is responsible for managing production activity in shop floor by achieving production target which are in line with HAP and Quality standards.

Principal Accountabilities

- Following personal hygiene & safety protocol.
- Ensure that the shop floor personnel follow all the norms and regulations of the organization.
- Operation of packing machine & following all packing SOP.
- SKU wise packing as per indent received from dispatch.
- Man power management/packing head wise man power allocation.
- Maintaining GMP & GHP in their respective production area.
- Ensuring manual cleaning & CIP of packing machine daily before production commencement.
- Ensuring vacuum cleaning inside packing machine and following checklist before start packing,
- Following batch coding register and monitoring milk pouch weight & measurement.
- Control sealing leakage while packing and achieving transshipment leakage target.
- Following preventive maintenance schedule of packing machine and shut down planning accordingly.
- Updating packing log book & maintaining all document/record of packing section.




- Execute the production planning effectively for achieving the target at minimum cost.
- Calculate Product losses & Packing Material losses on everyday basis and method to prevent same
- Identify root cause of issue and suggest preventive measure to eradicate occurrence of the same issue.

Key Interactions

- Internal: Quality – To ensure produced goods are as per HAP standard.
- Internal: Maintenance -Coordination for breakdown issue and for maintenance related activity.

Educational Qualification & Experience

- Educational qualifications:BE, Diploma , Any degree
- Relevant experience: 0- 2years experienced candidate.

- Knowledge on food processing

- Knowledge on food safety/food quality standards
- Knowledge on Good Manufacturing Practices & Positive Hygienic Practices

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
