About the Role

We are looking for a Google & Bing Ads Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign management, performance tracking, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
- Conduct keyword research and create effective ad copies.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and key metrics.
- Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, and ROI.
- Manage search, display, and other relevant paid advertising campaigns.
- Track conversions and analyze campaign data using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, keywords, and landing pages.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve campaign performance.




- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising features and best practices.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Bing Ads / Microsoft Advertising.
- Good understanding of PPC, keyword research, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
- Experience in campaign optimization and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets.
