URGENT HIRING – AIR IMPORT PRICING EXECUTIVE

Location: Mahipalpur, Delhi
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Air Import Pricing Executive with 3–4 years of relevant experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle air import pricing and rate negotiations with airlines and overseas agents.
- Prepare and share competitive freight quotations with customers.
- Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, and internal teams for rates and shipments.
- Maintain and update airline/agent freight rates and pricing databases.
- Analyze market rates and ensure competitive pricing.
- Follow up on quotations and support the sales team with pricing requirements.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.
- Maintain proper records of quotations, rates, and customer requirements.




- Ensure timely response to customer and sales team pricing queries.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Air Import Pricing / Freight Forwarding.
- Good knowledge of air freight rates, airline routing, and import processes.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Candidates available to join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
