As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications while serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with multiple groups to align project goals and technical requirements, fostering collaboration and driving the project forward with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- Experience with cloud service deployment, management, and monitoring within the Microsoft Azure platform.
- Strong understanding of application architecture and cloud-native design principles.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline cloud operations.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements in cloud environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS.

- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
