Senior Functional Tester / QA Lead – Cash Management

Location: Kolkata
Work Requirement: Willingness to work from Kolkata for 1–2 months

We are looking for an experienced Senior Functional Tester/QA Lead with 7–8 years of functional testing experience and strong expertise in Cash Management/Transaction Banking.

Key Skills & Experience:

- 7–8 years of experience in Functional Testing
- Robust experience in Cash Management
- Good knowledge of Mandates, Payments, VAM, Collections, Fees & Reconciliation
- Hands-on experience in System, Integration, End-to-End (E2E), Data Flow & Regression Testing
- Ability to create comprehensive test plans, test scenarios and test scripts
- Experience validating data structures and data integrity across applications
- Strong defect reporting, tracking and resolution experience
- Experience working closely with Development and QA teams
- Ability to improve test script generation and execution processes
- Strong experience in maintaining test documentation and reports
- Ability to guide and support the testing team in day-to-day activities
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
