Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive with 2–5 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, promoting marine products and services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the marine, shipbuilding, offshore, and engineering sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Visit shipyards, ship owners, ship management companies, marine contractors, and other relevant customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with the relevant departments.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, and sales closures.
- Promote the company's marine products, equipment, spare parts, and services.
- Coordinate with the technical, service, procurement, and accounts teams to ensure smooth customer support and order execution.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, sales activities, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Attend customer meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and industry events as required.
- Travel within Kerala and other South Indian states for customer visits and business development.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Engineering, Marine, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in the marine, engineering, shipbuilding, offshore, or industrial sector.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
- Valuable command of English, both written and spoken.
