- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and enhance system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and improve support processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to SAP Integrated Business Planning environments.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving complex application issues within integrated business planning systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques to ensure optimal application performance.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
