About the Role

The Monarch Enterprises is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of retail interior design, space planning, working drawings, 3D visualization, material selection, and project costing.

This is a great opportunity for designers who want to work on real-world retail and commercial interior projects and be involved from concept development to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative and functional retail interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare space planning, layouts, elevations, sections, furniture layouts, and working drawings.
- Create 3D views and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into practical design solutions.
- Prepare BOQs, material quantities, basic estimates, and project costing.
- Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and accessories.
- Coordinate with clients, production teams, vendors, and site teams.
- Assist in resolving design and technical issues during project execution.
- Conduct site visits and ensure designs are implemented as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate with the production team for accurate execution of furniture and interior elements.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure drawings are delivered within deadlines.
- Keep updated with the latest interior design trends, materials,



and retail concepts.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Interior Design & Space Planning
- Retail / Commercial Interior Design knowledge
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp / 3D Modelling
- V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion will be an advantage
- BOQ, Estimation & Basic Project Costing
- Working Drawings & Technical Detailing
- Material & Finish Selection
- Client Coordination
- Site Execution Understanding
- Furniture & Interior Detailing
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Creative thinking and attention to detail

Candidate Profile

- 1–4 years of relevant experience in interior design.
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Candidates with experience in retail stores, showrooms, commercial interiors, or furniture projects will be preferred.
- Should be able to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with the team.
- Must have a creative mindset with strong technical understanding.
