Job Title: Business Head – Digital IP

What You’ll Do:

- Own Digital IP’s business strategy, growth, and revenue opportunities.
- Build and leverage a strong network to drive content distribution, partnerships, collaborations, and brand opportunities.
- Identify and close strategic partnerships with media companies, platforms, brands, creators, and other relevant organisations.
- Lead marketing and audience-growth initiatives to increase awareness and reach of Digital IP
- Work closely with the creative team to strengthen brand positioning, communication, and design.
- Explore opportunities across licensing, brand integrations, content partnerships, and new business models.
- Represent Digital IP externally and build long-term relationships across the industry
- Drive the overall growth of the IP through strategic PR, brand positioning, audience development, partnerships,



and identification of new opportunities to strengthen its long-term value and reach.

Ideal Candidate:

- 8+ years of experience, with a background in entrepreneurship, business development, media, entertainment, or consumer businesses.
- Experience building or running a business is highly preferred.
- Strong industry network and proven ability to create and convert business opportunities.
- Valuable understanding of marketing, branding, and design.
- Experience in children’s content, entertainment, animation, toys, gaming, or edutainment would be an advantage.
- Commercially driven, hands-on, well-connected, and passionate about building brands and businesses.

Pay: ₹2,200,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
