- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their skilled growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO MDM.
- Good To Have Skills: Snowflake Schema, Apache Kafka.
- Experience in designing and implementing master data management solutions using TIBCO MDM.
- Ability to integrate TIBCO MDM with various enterprise systems and data sources.
- Strong problem-solving skills related to data management and software integration challenges.
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts and best practices in master data management.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in TIBCO MDM.

- This position is based at Client Onsite - Within India.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
