Hiring: Telecalling Executive

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer calls and follow up with existing & potential customers.
- Previous experience in Two-Wheeler Telecalling / Customer Calling preferred.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales/service opportunities.
- Maintain daily calling records and prepare Excel-based reports.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead generation and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Service team for customer follow-up.

Candidate Profile:

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Prior experience in two-wheeler telecalling will be an advantage.
