About the Role

We are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer with hands-on experience in LT & HT panel design to join our team. This role combines design engineering with vendor coordination and site involvement, making it ideal for someone who wants exposure across the full project lifecycle — from drawing board to site execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop LT & HT electrical panels using CAD tools (AutoCAD / relevant electrical design software)
- Prepare GA drawings, SLDs, panel layouts, wiring diagrams, and BOQs/BOMs
- Visit vendor facilities for inspection, quality checks, and stage-wise progress reviews
- Carry out vendor approval processes and ensure technical compliance with project specifications
- Expedite vendor work to meet project timelines and coordinate on delays or technical issues
- Conduct site visits for design review, installation checks, and to push project work forward




- Attend site meetings and coordinate with site teams, clients, and other stakeholders
- Liaise between design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure smooth project flow

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- 1–3 years of experience in LT & HT panel design
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or equivalent electrical design tools)
- Working knowledge of LT/HT switchgear, panel components, and relevant standards (IS/IEC)
- Willingness to travel for vendor inspections and site visits
- Good communication and coordination skills for vendor and site interactions
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications

Preferred

- Exposure to industrial automation or instrumentation projects
- Familiarity with vendor approval/expediting workflows
- Basic understanding of project documentation and technical reporting.

Pay: ₹11,031.75 - ₹21,000.00 per month
