Responsibilities:-

- Achieve daily/monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Explain products/services clearly and handle customer queries
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide a positive customer experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Regularly update the CRM with lead status and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the sales/support team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Work towards improving conversion rates and overall sales performance.

Requirements:-

- Graduation mandatory
- 6 months of experience in Sales
- Excellent communication skills required
