About the Role

Sciens Logistics is looking for an experienced Manager – Air Freight Sales to drive business development, customer acquisition, and profitable growth across our international Air Freight business.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Air Freight Sales, Freight Forwarding, Airline Coordination, and Key Account Management, with a proven ability to develop new business and maintain strong customer relationships

Key Responsibilities

- Drive new business development and revenue growth for Air Freight services.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with IATA/Non-IATA agents, importers, exporters, freight forwarders, airlines, and key customers.
- Manage key accounts and identify opportunities for business expansion and customer retention.
- Coordinate with airlines for competitive rates, space availability, and transit solutions.
- Work closely with Pricing and Operations teams to provide competitive and profitable solutions to customers.
- Conduct customer visits, meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, freight rates, airline capacity, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Support RFQs, tenders, commercial negotiations, and pricing discussions.
- Maintain sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and regular sales performance reports.
- Coordinate with Operations, CHA/customs teams, and overseas offices to ensure smooth shipment execution and customer satisfaction.
- Guide and support the sales team in achieving business and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8–12 years of experience in Air Freight Sales, Freight Forwarding, or International Logistics.
- Proven experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, and Key Account Management.
- Solid understanding of Air Freight pricing,



airline products, trade lanes, and international shipping.
- Established network with airlines, freight forwarders, agents, importers, and exporters.
- Strong negotiation, communication, relationship management, and commercial skills.
- Good knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and international shipping practices.
- Experience with CRM and MS Office; CargoWise knowledge will be an added advantage.
