Job Description – Quality Inspector
Department: Quality Control
Reporting To: HOD – Quality Control

Qualification & Experience

- B.SC/Diploma
- 0–2 years of experience in Quality Control/Inspection
- Freshers can also apply

Key Skills

- Equipment handling
- Quality inspection and sampling
- Physical, visual & dimensional testing
- Documentation and reporting
- Basic knowledge of ISO 13485:2016 and 5S

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct sampling and inspection of in-process, blister packing, moulding, and finished products.
- Perform physical, visual, and dimensional testing and prepare inspection reports.
- Conduct routine penetration testing of IV Cannula, AV Fistula, and Hypodermic Needle.
- Maintain quality records as per ISO 13485:2016 requirements.
- Ensure 5S, hygiene, and compliance with SOPs.
- Report defects/non-conformities to the HOD.
- Perform other duties assigned by the HOD – Quality Control

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
