Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with strong exposure to the hospitality industry to drive new business, build client relationships, and generate opportunities across corporate, MICE, events, and experiential projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate and hospitality sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, resorts, corporate clients, and event stakeholders.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry connections, and market research.
- Pitch and present company services to prospective clients and partners.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and commercial offerings based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal development, costing, and project handover.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Develop strategic partnerships with hotels, venues, and hospitality networks.




- Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual business development targets.

Requirements

- 5–8 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in hospitality, MICE, events, or experiential businesses.
- Strong existing network within the hospitality and corporate sector.
- Experience working with hotels, resorts, venues, corporate clients, or MICE partners.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong commercial understanding and ability to convert leads into business.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
