Job Title: Service Manager
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Service Manager to lead after-sales service operations, manage field service teams, ensure timely resolution of customer complaints, and drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end after-sales service operations.
- Lead and supervise service engineers and technicians.
- Plan manpower for installations, breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and service activities.
- Monitor service schedules and ensure timely closure of customer complaints.
- Handle customer escalations and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with production, stores, sales, and dispatch teams.
- Maintain MIS reports, service records, warranty documentation, and related reports.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), response time,



turnaround time (TAT), and customer satisfaction.
- Support Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), spare parts sales, and service business development initiatives.

Required Skills

- Leadership and team management
- Customer relationship management
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Email Communication
- Solid planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of transformers, diesel engines, DG sets, or industrial equipment will be an mandatory.

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in service operations or after-sales service management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
