Overview : You will manage the end-to-end sourcing process for our expanding line of products. This role involves working closely with suppliers, negotiating costs, and ensuring that all sourced items meet our brand’s quality, style, and ethical standards.

Responsibilities:

● Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers who can deliver high-quality accessories that meet brand requirements and deadlines.

● Collaborate with design and product teams to source materials and samples for new accessory lines, ensuring alignment with design specifications and pop culture trends.

● Partner with the quality control team to establish and enforce product standards, conducting sample checks to ensure all products align with the brand's quality and safety requirements.

● Work towards sourcing sustainable materials and ensuring compliance with ethical sourcing guidelines, including fair labor practices.

● Maintain detailed records of sourcing activities, including cost analysis, supplier agreements, and order timelines to support decision-making and financial planning.

● Coordinate with design, marketing,



and inventory teams to ensure all sourced products are aligned with overall brand strategy and inventory needs.

Qualifications :

● Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.

● 0-2 years of sourcing experience, preferably within the accessories or fashion industry; experience with pop culture brands or products is a robust plus.

● Strong negotiation skills with a solid understanding of sourcing processes and supply chain management.

● Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and quality control standards for accessories and soft goods.

● Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple suppliers and product lines simultaneously.

● Familiarity with ethical sourcing and sustainable materials, and commitment to adhering to these standards.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office experience with ERP or sourcing software is a plus.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
