- Shift Operations: Manage opening and closing duties, ensuring shows start on time.
- Guest Relations: Handle customer complaints, escalations, and deliver high service standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise front-of-house, ticketing, and F&B; staff.
- Cash & Inventory: Monitor POS billing, cash handling, shift banking, and stock audits.
- Facility Upkeep: Check cleanliness, projection, sound, and coordinate with engineering or housekeeping.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
