Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through personal networks, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Screen candidates based on experience, qualification, skills, and job requirements.
- Contact candidates and explain job opportunities clearly.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and selection updates.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.
- Generate quality candidate leads according to given requirements.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for smooth candidate processing.




- Maintain professional communication with candidates and clients.

Requirements

- Previous experience in HR recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or consultancy is preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication and networking skills can also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to source candidates independently.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate screening.
- Smartphone and internet connection required.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Earn attractive incentives for successful candidate placements. Earnings can increase based on the number and quality of successful placements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,853.89 per month
