Social Media Intern

Job Type: 3-Month Internship | Full time Hours
Schedule: 11 AM – 8 PM | 6 Days/Week (Sunday Off)
Requirement: Personal laptop mandatory

About the Role

We're looking for a Social Media Intern who understands how social media works—not just someone who uploads posts.

You'll manage and grow social media pages across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and X, create engaging content, track performance, and experiment with different strategies to improve organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage assigned social media pages
- Create, edit, and publish Reels, Shorts, posts, carousels, and videos
- Research trends and develop engaging content ideas
- Write captions, hooks, titles, descriptions, and hashtags
- Edit videos using Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- Create thumbnails, graphics, and other social media creatives
- Use AI tools for content ideas, scripting, editing, and content creation
- Repurpose existing content for different platforms
- Monitor analytics and identify what content performs well
- Experiment with formats and strategies to improve reach and engagement
- Maintain a consistent content calendar

What We're Looking For

- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, or X
- Good understanding of current social media trends and viral content
- Basic video editing and creative design skills
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- Comfortable using AI tools for content creation
- Good English communication and copywriting skills




- Comfortable working with basic social media analytics
- Creative, curious, consistent, and willing to experiment
- Strong ownership and execution mindset

Bonus Points

- Experience managing your own Instagram/YouTube page
- Experience creating Reels, Shorts, thumbnails, or carousels
- Knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, or similar tools
- Experience with AI content creation tools
- Experience with college clubs, freelance projects, or creator accounts

Experience

Freshers are welcome. Prior social media, content creation, or internship experience is a plus.
