About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 5+ years of relevant experience in the real estate, construction, or digital marketing agency industry to manage and grow our brand’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute SEO, Google Ads, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage On-Page & Off-Page SEO, keyword research, website optimization, and link building.
- Create and manage social media content, blogs, creatives, reels, and videos.
- Monitor traffic, rankings, leads, conversions, engagement, and campaign performance.
- Analyse campaign data and optimize activities for better ROI and lead generation.
- Conduct competitor research and identify current digital marketing opportunities.
- Handle basic graphic design, photography, videography, and video editing.

Required Skills





- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in Real Estate, Construction, or Digital Marketing Agencies.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM/Paid Ads, Social Media, and Content Marketing.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Good copywriting, creative, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple digital marketing activities.
