About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Excellence skilled to drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, productivity, quality and cost optimization across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Lean, Six Sigma & Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Lead 5S, Kaizen, VSM, SMED, Kanban & Poka-Yoke projects
- Improve OEE, productivity, yield & equipment effectiveness
- Identify process gaps and drive root-cause analysis & CAPA
- Develop KPI dashboards and provide data-driven insights
- Drive cost reduction & sustainable savings
- Conduct process audits and ensure compliance
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects and Kaizen/Quality Circle activities

Requirements

- 4+ years of relevant experience – Mandatory
- Strong experience in Lean / Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement
- Manufacturing / Operations Excellence experience preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving & project management skills
