We are looking for a creative and highly proactive Reel Creator to join our marketing team.

This is an end-to-end content creation role. The selected candidate will be responsible for coming up with content ideas, developing concepts, writing scripts, shooting content and editing engaging short-form videos.

The goal is to consistently create high-quality, relevant and engaging short-form content for our brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Independently generate creative ideas for Instagram Reels and short-form videos.

* Research current content trends and identify relevant opportunities.

* Develop concepts and write scripts without relying on pre-provided concepts.

* Plan and execute daily video shoots.

* Shoot high-quality videos using mobile phones and/or professional camera equipment.

* Edit Reels for Instagram and other short-form platforms.

* Add appropriate transitions, text, captions, music, sound effects and other elements.

* Create solid hooks and engaging storytelling formats.

* Produce approximately two creative reels per day.

* Develop recurring content series and original content formats.

* Cover school activities, events, student life, sports and other relevant brand moments.

* Collaborate with the marketing team while independently owning the content production process.

* Track content performance and use insights to improve future content.





* Maintain consistency with brand guidelines.

REQUIRED SKILLS

* Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.

* Excellent creative thinking and storytelling ability.

* Strong scripting and copywriting skills.

* Ability to independently develop content ideas.

* Good video shooting and framing skills.

* Strong video editing skills.

* Knowledge of CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar editing software.

* Understanding of hooks, retention, pacing and short-form storytelling.

* Ability to work quickly and consistently under daily deadlines.

* Strong awareness of current social media trends.

PREFERRED

* Experience creating content for schools, sports, education, lifestyle or youth-focused brands.

* Comfortable appearing on camera when required.

* Experience with basic motion graphics.

* Photography skills are an advantage.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are not looking for someone who waits for a script or concept to be provided.

The selected candidate must be capable of taking an objective, developing the idea, writing the script, shooting the content and delivering the final Reel independently.

The expected output is approximately two quality Reels per day.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
