Position: ERPNext Business Analyst

Location: Fully Remote
Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Understand existing business processes and identify improvement areas.
- Translate business requirements into ERPNext functional requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, workflows, and process documentation.
- Work closely with development and testing teams throughout implementation.
- Support ERPNext configuration, customization, testing, and UAT.
- Conduct requirement walkthroughs and user training when required.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong hands-on experience with ERPNext / Frappe.
- Good understanding of ERP business processes and workflows.
- Knowledge of Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, and Manufacturing modules.
- Experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping.
- Solid documentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
