Job Title: Finance and Accounts – Order to Cash (OTC) Lead / Senior Specialist

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Order to Cash (OTC) qualified to manage end-to-end OTC processes, including billing, collections, deductions, cash application, and revenue management. The ideal candidate will handle complex operational activities, monitor accounts receivable performance, and ensure strict adherence to SLAs and process controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Process Management: Oversee end-to-end OTC activities, including billing, invoicing, cash application, collections, and deductions resolution.
- AR & Collections: Monitor accounts receivable aging, track outstanding balances, and drive collection performance to minimize delinquency.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal teams and external customers to resolve billing, payment, and deduction queries.
- Governance & Escalations: Manage operational escalations, ensure compliance with internal controls and SLAs,



and handle process reporting.
- Mentorship & Improvement: Lead or mentor junior team members and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Order to Cash (OTC) operations (Level 10).
- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce/Finance background preferred.
- Core Skills: Expertise in Order to Cash (OTC), Billing, Collections, Cash Application, Deductions, Accounts Receivable, and Revenue Management.
- Eligibility: Open to candidates based in Maharashtra.

- Salary Budget: ₹7–9 LPA

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
