At Brunch, we’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with 3-4 years of experience in a

design or branding agency and a sharp eye for visual craft. You’ll bring ideas to life across

brand identities, editorial design, campaigns and brand experiences, with a strong

understanding of typography, composition and visual systems.

You’ll work closely with strategists, writers and other designers to turn ideas into distinctive

visual expressions. From the first exploration to the final artwork, you’ll be expected to

question and refine the work and care about every detail along the way.

What You’ll Do:

Develop visual concepts and creative directions for brand identity, campaigns, editorial and

other brand communication projects.

Work on brand identities from initial concept development through to visual systems,

guidelines and applications.

Design editorial-led work including presentations, brochures, publications, reports and other

long-form visual communication.

Work closely with strategists and writers to develop ideas and ensure the visual and verbal

sides of a project work together.

Take ownership of projects from initial exploration to final artwork, managing your time and





deliverables along the way.

Work through feedback and revisions, knowing when to push an idea further and when to

refine what is already working.

Maintain a high level of craft and attention to detail across every stage of the design process.

Keep yourself updated with design, art, culture, typography and visual trends, and bring

relevant references and inspiration into the work.

What You Bring:

3-4 years of experience working at a design, branding or creative agency.

A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in brand identity, editorial design and visual

communication.

Good taste and the ability to recognise what makes a piece of design distinctive, relevant

and visually compelling.Robust attention to detail and an appreciation for the finer aspects of design.

The ability to work across different categories, formats and visual styles.

Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate your design

thinking clearly.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Working knowledge of Figma is a plus.
