Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage Loan Servicing and Channel Operations activities. The role involves handling post-disbursement loan servicing, processing customer and channel-related requests, coordinating with internal stakeholders, maintaining accurate loan records, and ensuring all requests are completed within defined TAT and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day loan servicing and channel operations activities.
- Process post-disbursement loan-related requests received through various channels.
- Handle requests related to loan accounts, repayment, statements, interest certificates, account updates, and other servicing requirements.
- Verify customer and loan account details before processing requests.
- Ensure all requests are processed accurately and within defined TAT.
- Coordinate with branches, sales teams, channel partners, customer service, credit, finance, and other internal stakeholders.
- Monitor pending requests and follow up with relevant teams to minimize case ageing.
- Maintain accurate records and update loan servicing activities in the relevant systems/CRM.
- Identify discrepancies in loan account information and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Support reconciliation of loan transactions and resolve operational discrepancies.
- Handle channel partner queries and provide timely operational support.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, SOPs, compliance requirements, and regulatory guidelines.




- Prepare daily/weekly MIS and productivity reports for loan servicing activities.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality while handling high-volume transactions.
- Identify recurring issues and process gaps and escalate them to the Supervisor/Manager.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and records.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of Loan Servicing and Banking/NBFC Operations.
- Knowledge of loan lifecycle and post-disbursement processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/loan servicing systems.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and meet strict TAT.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, target-driven environment.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Loan Servicing, Loan Operations, Banking Operations, NBFC Operations, or Channel Operations.
- Experience handling loan servicing requests and channel/partner coordination will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
