Shardes Interiors is looking for experienced Interior Site Supervisors to join our team for ongoing interior design and fit-out projects in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage daily interior site activities
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, contractors and other site teams
- Coordinate with Design, Project and Factory teams
- Check site measurements, materials and workmanship
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and project requirements
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
- Identify and resolve site-level issues
- Prepare regular site progress updates
- Coordinate with clients at site when required

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior site supervision / interior fit-out




- Strong practical knowledge of interior materials and site execution
- Ability to read and understand working drawings, layouts and details
- Positive knowledge of site coordination and construction processes
- Good communication and team-handling skills
- Ability to independently manage site activities
- Willing to travel to different project sites in and around Kochi

Preferred:

- Experience in residential and commercial interior projects
- Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
