Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily dispatch planning and execution as per customer orders.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle placement and freight rates.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Stores and Accounts for smooth dispatches.
- Verify material, quantity, weight and customer details before loading.
- Ensure proper loading, packing, labelling and vehicle documentation.
- Prepare/verify invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans and loading slips.
- Track vehicles and follow up for timely delivery and POD collection.
- Maintain daily dispatch, vehicle, freight and delivery records.
- Monitor and minimize vehicle waiting time, delays and dispatch discrepancies.
- Handle day-to-day logistics issues and ensure timely escalation and resolution.

Preferred: Experience in steel/metal processing, coils, sheets or manufacturing dispatch. Good communication, Excel and coordination skills required.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
