Experience: 1–3 Years | Department: E-commerce Operations

Key Responsibilities

- Process and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales and accounts teams for timely deliveries.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, invoices and payments.
- Maintain accurate records and trackers using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with clients and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Monitor pending orders and ensure timely execution.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce Operations, Order Management, Sales Coordination or similar roles.
- Valuable MS Excel and internet skills.
- Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.

Working Days: Monday–Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
