Key Responsibilities:

· Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist students with hostel booking inquiries.

· Call/Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into bookings.

· Understand student requirements such as location, budget, facilities, and preferences.

· Suggest suitable hostels based on the student’s needs and availability.

· Explain hostel Booking app features, pricing, policies, and available offers clearly.

· Convince and guide students to complete their hostel booking through the platform.

· Conduct virtual assistance to help students choose the right hostel.

· Ensure timely resolution of student queries, concerns, or complaints.

· Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and bookings in CRM/Google Forms.

· Coordinate with hostel owners/partners for availability and booking confirmation.

· Provide a smooth and hassle-free booking experience to students.

· Collect feedback from students to improve services and platform experience.

· Work closely with sales and operations teams to achieve booking targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
