Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH) – Field Visits Only When Required

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to generate business opportunities, build client relationships, and promote our training programs.

The position offers a Work From Home chance, with visits to schools, colleges, institutions, and potential clients whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, and market research.

- Visit schools, colleges, institutions, and potential business partners when required.

- Promote the academy’s training programs and services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

- Conduct presentations and meetings with prospective clients.





- Generate and follow up on leads to achieve business targets.

- Coordinate with the counseling/admissions team for lead conversion.

- Maintain daily reports and records of client interactions.

- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or EdTech.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities.

- Comfortable with WFH and occasional field visits.

- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
