Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing posts, and analyzing performance metrics to grow our online presence and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Create and schedule engaging and high-quality content (graphics, captions, videos, stories, reels, etc.)
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other departments to align with brand guidelines and campaigns
- Analyze data and provide insights on social performance (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.)




- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Manage paid social campaigns and optimize performance (optional based on experience)

Requirements:

- Proven experience in social media marketing or similar role
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their analytics tools
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar
- Ability to think creatively and analytically
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)

Nice-to-Haves:

- Basic graphic design or video editing skills
- Experience with influencer marketing or UGC campaigns
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
- Familiarity with paid social advertising

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,676.38 per month
