About the Role

Plus People is hiring freshers for an Academic Counsellor profile in Gurugram. The role involves counselling prospective students, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable courses, and converting qualified leads into successful admissions.

Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand students' requirements, interests, and career goals.
- Provide counselling and information about relevant courses and programs.
- Explain course details, fees, benefits, and admission processes.
- Follow up with interested students and parents.
- Handle queries and address concerns professionally.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrolments.
- Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and counselling abilities.
- Confident and customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to work with counselling and conversion targets.
- Basic computer knowledge.

Pay: ₹20,103.90 - ₹50,334.59 per month
