NIMS Hospital, Wandoor is looking for an experienced and responsible MOD In-Charge to oversee hospital operations during the assigned shift and ensure smooth coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day hospital operations during the assigned shift.

- Ensure smooth functioning of clinical and non-clinical departments.

- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, administrative staff, security, housekeeping, and other departments.

- Monitor patient flow, admissions, discharges, transfers, and other operational activities.

- Address and resolve operational issues and patient-related concerns promptly.

- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and quality standards.

- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and shift-related requirements.

- Escalate critical operational issues to senior management when required.





- Maintain proper communication and coordination between departments.

- Support implementation of NABH standards and hospital quality initiatives.

- Prepare and maintain shift-related reports and handover records.

- Ensure a safe, efficient, and patient-focused hospital environment.

Eligibility

- MBA is compulsory – preferably MBA in Hospital/Healthcare Management.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant hospital experience.

- Good knowledge of hospital operations and administration.

- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

- Ability to handle operational issues and work under pressure.

- Willingness to work in shifts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
