Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Provide IT support for computers, software, printers & networks
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet & connectivity issues
- Maintain CCTV systems and technical equipment
- Handle system installations, configurations & basic maintenance
- Support employees with IT-related issues
- Coordinate with vendors for technical services
- Maintain IT records and service reports

Requirements

- Good knowledge of hardware, networking & troubleshooting
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and Windows OS
- Knowledge of MS Office & internet configuration
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics or related field preferred
- Candidates with hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply
