We are Hiring "SENIOR ARCHITECT."

Residential, retail & F&B; spaces

Experience: 5–6 Years
Qualification: B.Arch
Salary: Up to 8.0 LPA
Location: Gachibowli
Shifts: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
6 Days Working

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop architectural & interior design concepts
- Understand client requirements, scope, and budget
- Prepare layouts, sketches, mood boards, and presentations
- Prepare & review detailed/working drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with 3D, MEP, structural, and project teams
- Present designs to clients and support approvals
- Monitor design quality, project costs, and execution requirements

- SketchUp
- 3ds Max
- Rhino
- Lumion
- Photoshop
- 3D Modelling & Photorealistic Rendering
- Solid communication & client coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
