About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information, and generating leads or appointments.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company services/products clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.




- Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up and conversions.
- Maintain skilled communication with customers at all times.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi; basic English is an advantage.
- Confident and polite telephone communication.
- Ability to convince and engage customers.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
