About the role

We are building a specialist team for a telecom transformation engagement. As Infrastructure / Hosting Analyst you will build the picture of the current infrastructure and hosting estate, keep it accurate, and support the analysis that shapes migration and hosting decisions.

Key responsibilities

● Document the current infrastructure and hosting estate, covering servers, storage, network, data centre and hosted services.

● Maintain accurate asset, configuration and dependency records across the estate.

● Analyse capacity, performance and utilisation data and report on trends.





● Support hosting and migration planning with cost, sizing and dependency analysis.

● Review hosting contracts, service levels and vendor performance, flagging gaps and risks.

● Support day to day infrastructure operations, including patching, backup and monitoring activities.

● Work with architects, security and delivery teams to keep documentation aligned to the target design.

What you'll bringEssential

● 4+ years in infrastructure, hosting or IT operations analysis roles.

● Working knowledge of servers, virtualisation, storage, networking and data centre operations.

● Experience with hosting or managed service providers and their service models.

● Experience with monitoring, backup and patching tooling.

● Strong analytical and documentation skills, including Excel and asset or CMDB tooling.

● Based in India or the Middle East, with the right to work there.

Desirable

● Exposure to cloud hosting models and migration projects.

● Telecom or large enterprise estate experience.

● ITIL certification or experience working to ITIL processes.
