Key Responsibilities

- Health & Life Insurance sales team ko lead aur manage karna.
- Team ke daily calls, leads, follow-ups aur sales conversions monitor karna.
- Monthly, quarterly aur annual sales targets achieve karwana.
- Health & Life Insurance products ko customers ko effectively explain karne mein team ko guide karna.
- Recent customers aur business opportunities generate karna.
- Leads par timely follow-up ensure karna aur conversion improve karna.
- Team members ko sales process, product knowledge aur customer handling ki training dena.
- Team performance ko regularly monitor aur review karna.
- Customer queries aur sales-related issues ko resolve karna.
- Insurance companies ke saath quotations, proposals, underwriting aur policy issuance ke liye coordination karna.
- Existing customers ke renewals aur relationship management par focus karna.
- Daily, weekly aur monthly sales MIS/report prepare karna.
- Management ko team performance aur target achievement ki regular updates dena.




- Team ko motivate karke productivity aur sales performance improve karna.

Required Skills

- Health Insurance aur/or Life Insurance sales experience.
- Team handling / Team Leader experience preferred.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Good sales, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Health & Life Insurance products ka basic/good knowledge.
- Lead generation, follow-up aur conversion ka solid understanding.
- MS Excel / MIS reporting ka knowledge.
