Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Branch Head to manage overall branch operations, business development, customer service, compliance, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily branch operations, KYC, compliance, and documentation.

* Achieve monthly and annual business targets.

* Lead, train, and manage branch staff.

* Acquire recent customers and maintain existing customer relationships.

* Drive customer service, cross-selling, and business growth.

* Monitor branch P&L;, operational risks, and process quality.

* Ensure proper process implementation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferred.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in Gold Loan or Forex.

* Strong knowledge of Gold Loan/Forex products and market.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

* Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
