Job Title: Tally Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Tally Trainer to train students and working professionals in Tally accounting software. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical, easy-to-understand training on Tally, accounting concepts, GST, and related financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom/online training sessions on Tally Prime.
- Teach basic and advanced accounting concepts using Tally.
- Provide practical training on:
- Company creation and configuration
- Ledger and voucher entries
- Sales and purchase transactions
- Bank reconciliation
- Inventory management
- GST configuration and transactions
- GST reports and returns
- Payroll and employee management
- Financial statements and accounting reports
- Prepare training materials, exercises, assignments, and practical examples.
- Demonstrate real-world accounting scenarios using Tally.
- Evaluate students through practical tests and assignments.
- Resolve students' doubts and provide individual guidance when required.




- Keep training content updated according to changes in Tally and taxation/accounting requirements.
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and student progress reports.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Tally Prime and accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of GST and basic taxation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain accounting concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.

Qualification & Experience

- Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or a related qualification preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Tally training, accounting, or finance-related work preferred.
- Freshers with strong Tally and accounting knowledge may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate who has both practical accounting experience and Tally training experience will be preferred.
