Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Field Recruiters to join our healthcare recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and mobilising blue-collar candidates, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and mobilise blue-collar candidates from various locations through field recruitment activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with NGOs, GDA training centres, institutes, and community groups.
- Organise and participate in job fairs, recruitment drives, and candidate mobilisation activities.
- Recruit suitable candidates for healthcare industry requirements.
- Generate candidate leads through multiple sourcing portals and recruitment channels.
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews at the Mumbai and Pune offices.
- Maintain candidate records and ensure proper documentation.




- Coordinate the onboarding process and ensure a smooth joining experience for selected candidates.
- Achieve recruitment targets as per company requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales or Recruitment.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for candidate sourcing and mobilisation.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and community organisations.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 per month
