We are looking for suitable candidates to join our Adventure Park team.

Eligibility:

- Ex-Defence Servicemen can also apply.
- Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.
- Responsible, disciplined, and physically fit candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

- Core Hospitality Responsibilities
- Arrival & Departure: Welcome guests at check-in, manage VIP pre-registrations, and handle seamless farewells.

Adventure & Activity Integration

- Excursion Briefings: Explain local adventure itineraries (Bungee, rafting, zip-lining, ), timing, and weather advisories.
- Vendor/Guide Liaison: Coordinate with certified outdoor guides, equipment rental teams, and transport providers.
- Waiver & Safety Tracking: Ensure guests sign liability/indemnity waivers and meet physical/age prerequisites before dispatch.
- Emergency Response Support: Act as the base-camp communication anchor during weather delays, medical evacuations, or overdue excursion parties.





Administrative & Daily Operations

- Shift Handover: Document active gear rentals, pending guest requests, and VIP movements for incoming shifts.
- Feedback Collection: Collect post-adventure debrief notes and departure surveys to flag guide or facility quality issues.
- Basic Cashiering:
- Profile Management: Record guest preferences (dietary restrictions, room temperature, pillow types) and log likes/dislikes.
- Department Coordination: Liaise with housekeeping for room readiness and F&B; for special dining requests.
- Service Recovery: Resolve complaints promptly, log issues in daily shift reports, and escalate major friction points to the Duty Manager.
