Responsible for preparing and reviewing HVAC system designs, drawings, calculations, and specifications while coordinating with clients, consultants, and vendors. Oversees project execution from design to completion, including site monitoring, quality checks, vendor coordination, and final project documentation. Handle risk management.

. Delivering multiple projects within defined timelines and budgets project planning

· Co-ordination with clients, consultants and vendors as required

· Site visit to the proposed premises, due diligence and site analysis

· Preparation of HVAC design as per project requirements and BOQ, specs, make list, etc.

· Supervise and check all types of HVAC drawings, calculations, SLD, etc. prepared by junior HVAC engineer





· Getting quotes for the all the services and coordinating with vendors.

· Updating progress on the project deliverables to the management

· Shall be self-motivated to explore & implement current design innovations/products available in market from sustainability and green building point of view.

· Approval and reviews of all materials and drawings

· Site monitoring and keeping record of pending work

· Follow up with vendors for site work (as per project requirement)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
