Position: Client Success Manager (Client Servicing)

We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring exceptional customer experience and seamless project delivery. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in client servicing, stakeholder management, project coordination and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build long-term relationships.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables for internal teams.
- Conduct client onboarding sessions, review meetings, presentations, demos and regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate closely with Digital Marketing, Design, Development and Operations teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor project progress, manage client expectations and proactively address concerns.
- Ensure timely delivery of services while maintaining high client satisfaction levels.
- Gather client feedback, identify improvement opportunities and drive customer retention.
- Prepare meeting notes, project updates, performance reports and status communications.
- Escalate risks, delays or challenges and work with relevant teams to ensure resolution.





Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Client Servicing, Account Management or Customer Relationship Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali.
- Robust experience in handling customer engagement, client communication, demos, follow-ups and relationship management.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional, confident and customer-centric approach.
- Prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, IT Services, Website Development, Mobile App Development, or SaaS environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
